What our forms collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how you can use your California privacy rights.
Last updated: October 11, 2026
We collect the contact and project details you send us so we can answer you, visit your home or business, and prepare your estimate. We don’t sell your personal information.
This policy covers the Los Angeles Home Remodelers website (the “site”), run by Los Angeles Home Remodelers in California (“we,” “us,” “our”). It explains what we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the rights you have under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”).
Our lead, contact and estimate forms ask for some or all of the following:
Please don’t send Social Security numbers, bank or card details, or health information through the site. We don’t need them for an estimate.
Like most websites, the site receives some technical details automatically when you visit:
We get these through cookies and similar tools, covered in Cookies and analytics below.
We use personal information to:
We collect only what these purposes need.
When you send a form, we’ll call, text or email you about that request. You don’t have to agree to marketing calls or texts to get an estimate.
If you agree to receive texts from us, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
The site uses cookies and similar tools to keep forms working, block spam, and count which pages people visit. Some of these tools come from service providers who run them for us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as the forms, may not work without them.
We share personal information only with:
If the business is sold or merged, personal information may pass to the new owner, who must follow this policy.
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t share it with others for their own advertising.
We honor a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
California’s “Shine the Light” law lets you ask whether we’ve shared personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We don’t.
If you live in California, you can ask us to:
We don’t collect sensitive personal information through the site, and we won’t treat you differently for using any of these rights.
Send your request through the form on our Contact page or the Call Us button, and tell us which right you want to use. We answer within the time California law sets.
We verify your identity by matching the name, phone number or email you give us with our records. Someone you authorize, such as an agent, can make a request for you with your signed permission.
We keep project records, including estimates, contracts, change orders, permits and related messages, for as long as warranty, licensing, tax and other legal rules require.
Inquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted once we no longer need them to answer you or meet a legal duty.
We use reasonable safeguards, including limited access, to protect the information you send. No website is completely secure, so please keep financial and ID details out of our forms.
The site is meant for adults planning a remodel. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you think a child sent us information, contact us through the form on our Contact page or the Call Us button and we’ll delete it.
The site links to other websites, such as city building departments and the Contractors State License Board. We don’t control those sites, and this policy doesn’t cover them.
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll also post a notice on the site.
