We plan, permit and build remodels for homes and businesses across Los Angeles, CA. You get one project manager, a written itemized estimate, and permits pulled and closed in our name.

How we work
We run every project through one project manager, so the plan you approve is the plan that gets built.
Most remodels go wrong at the handoffs. A drawing doesn’t match the site, a trade shows up before the inspection, or nobody owns the permit.
We keep every step under one line of responsibility:
Your project manager is the person you call with a question. They also meet the inspector and keep the trades in the right order.
Our commercial work runs the same way. Office and restaurant owners get a walkthrough instead of an in-home visit, and we plan the work around your lease and your opening date.
Our promises

You see each part of the job priced on its own line before you sign anything.
One person runs your job from the first visit to the final inspection and answers your calls.
We pull the permits, meet every inspector, and don’t call the job done until the permit’s closed.
We carry a contractor’s bond and insurance. Ask for the certificates and we’ll send them before work starts.
Our warranty on the work goes into your contract, with what it covers spelled out.
We come to you any day from Monday through Saturday to see the space and talk it through.
